Imaging

Legal Technologies scans your documents and saves
them as TIFF files, then reviews your images for order
and legibility. The individual image files are named by
Bates number, allowing for ease in location outside the
database format.

OCR Processing

Image files are processed through an Optical Character
Recognition engine, creating a full-text representation
of the document that is fully searchable. OCR is a
powerful addition to an objectively coded database.
